Charaf & Co. is developing a two phase commercial and hotel project near the Red Hook area of St. Thomas. The first phase consists of a 60,000sf commercial rental space for retail, restaurants, offices and banks, plus 250 parking spaces. The second phase will consist of a 100 room hotel facing the island of St. John.
Tutu Commercial Center -
Charaf & Co. is in process of developing an 18,000sf project that will include, at present, multiple car dealerships, including Chrysler, Jeep and Mitsubishi and Hyundai.
