Ricardo J. Charaf, Founder and President of Charaf & Co., has been in the building, architectural and construction field for the past 25 years. He has developed and comleted many successful projects both in Puerto Rico and in the Virgin islands. Having lived on St. Thomas for the past 18 years, he has developed a strong sense of community, and his company reflects a deep commitment to bettering the business and culture of the island. Charles W. Zombro, Vice President, Charaf & Co. - Mr. Zombro brings a pragmatic approach to the Charaf project evaluation process, helping with project management, contract administration, geotechnical engineering, general civil design and varied construction services. He has 33 years experience in civil engineering design and management in both the public and private sectors. His extensive experience in soil mechanics, geotechnical investigations, and foundation design has created am impressive operational template for Charaf & Company. He has lived and worked in the US Virgin islands for the past 27 years.

 

Sean Krivatch, Director of Development, Charaf & Company - Mr. Krivatch evaluates new development opportunities through financial modeling. He also does performance and oversight analyses on Charaf's existing projects. Mr, Krivatch has eight years of corporate and executive management in various operational roles with over fourteen years of total experience in project management. He has begun several successful entrepreneurial endeavors that focused on international opportunities
